Event Terms & Conditions
Saftey
All exhibits and plots must be properly protected so as to avoid danger to any person(s) visiting or taking part in the show. The Event Organisers shall be indemnified by the Trader / Exhibitor against any claim or action on account of any injury or damage being caused, or occasioned by any exhibit to any person whatsoever.
Risk Assessments
Traders and clubs will need to keep a copy of their risk assessment available at all times during the show.
Public Liability Insurance
All traders should arrange appropriate third party insurance. Evidence of public liability insurance will be required for all business traders for a minimum of £1 million pound. Please note no claims for loss; damage or injury caused by traders can be made against the Event Organisers or the Venue. These are the Traders responsibilities under Health and Safety Legislation and all Traders agree to indemnify the Event Organisers against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses whatsoever. Copies of Public Liability Insurance must be available for inspection throughout the show.

The Event Organisers can not guarantee entry to trade at the show unless risk assessments have been completed and liability insurance certificates are available
Rules for Caterers
That caterers provide access to their catering facilities / operations upon request during the event by The Event Organiser and / or Chief Steward to be able to check compliance with the small print below. Failure to accommodate this request will result in the caterer not being permitted to trade during the event and / refusal of entry to the event site
Law for Caterers
All caterers at the event shall comply fully with the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990, the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 and EC Regulation No 852/2004; The Animal By-Products Regulations 2005
